Our story

Sometimes, one comment can change everything.

It was a beautiful Sunday morning in October 2026. Like so many meaningful connections in life, ours began unexpectedly.

The beginning

A simple comment. A moment of connection.

Professor Windy Dryden, an internationally recognised psychologist and psychotherapist, had left a comment on a LinkedIn post written by Jessica, founder of Mindful Presence Studio.

Something that could easily have passed unnoticed. But sometimes, the smallest moments open the doors to the greatest possibilities.

That comment brought Jessica and Magdalena Turek together. Two women. Different backgrounds. Different countries. A shared belief in the power of human connection.

Magdalena, a psychologist, author, and Single Session Therapy specialist, had been reflecting on an important question:

Why do so many professionals dedicate their lives to helping people, yet have so few opportunities to truly connect with one another across disciplines and borders?

Psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, coaches, mentors, and researchers all share something extraordinary. They work to understand people. They help people navigate challenges. They inspire growth, healing, and change.

Yet too often, their knowledge and experiences remain separated by professional boundaries, institutions, and geography.

The idea

What if we brought the people who help people together?

Not simply for another webinar. Not just to listen to another expert.

But to meet, exchange ideas, ask meaningful questions, build friendships, and discover what becomes possible when different minds work together.

When Magdalena connected with Jessica, she shared her vision of creating an international community for mental health professionals. Jessica, whose work through Mindful Presence Studio brings together psychology, digital design, and technology, welcomed the opportunity to collaborate.

Magdalena invited Jessica to help bring this vision to life, combining their complementary skills and shared enthusiasm for meaningful conversations. And so, Mind & Soul Club began taking shape.

Founded by Magdalena Turek, with Jessica joining as Creative & Technology Partner and co-host of its conversations, Mind & Soul Club is growing from one simple idea:

The future of mental health becomes richer when we create it together.

Perhaps their meeting was a coincidence. Or perhaps some connections arrive at exactly the right moment. What matters is what we choose to create from them.

One LinkedIn post.

One comment from Professor Windy Dryden.

One unexpected connection.

And the beginning of a community with a global vision.

Our vision

A world where helping people has no borders.

Imagine a world where a psychologist in Poland exchanges ideas with a psychiatrist in India. Where a psychotherapist in London collaborates with a researcher in Amsterdam. Where a mentor in New York inspires a new approach to supporting people in another part of the world.

Conversations that become friendships.

Friendships that become collaborations.

Collaborations that inspire research.

And research that contributes to new ways of supporting human wellbeing.

Our philosophy

One conversation. Infinite possibilities.

We believe that connection creates opportunity. That curiosity opens minds. That collaboration accelerates progress. And that meaningful change often begins with one question, one idea, or one conversation.

Our ambition is to grow Mind & Soul Club into a thriving global community that connects professionals, encourages innovation, inspires scientific exploration, and contributes to a more compassionate world.

Together, we are creating a future where knowledge is shared, minds are connected, and human wellbeing remains at the centre of everything we do.

Mind & Soul Club was born from a connection. Now we are creating connections for others.
